About Us

Legacy Physiatry Group was founded in 2008 to provide specialty services in the field of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R), also known as Physiatry,  to skilled nursing facilities.  In 2016, we added specialists in Cardiology and Pulmonology to our group. We now provide a Multi-Specialty care focus that works with the teams in Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living Facilities, and Acute Rehab hospitals to better focus on the specialty care needs of the residents.

Our Goals

We become a part of the medical team as specialists to assist with skilled and long-term care residents within the facilities. We can provide a multi-specialty discipline focusing on the residents’ need for pain management, rehabilitation, cardiology and pulmonary issues.
